This was the present Santa brought Annalise.  As you can see she loved it and loves to play with her little dolly.
Why in the world are you all so excited this early in the morning.
I would like to open that one please.
As far as being interested in anything that has to do with wrapping paper -she wasn't.  She liked watching everyone but she fell asleep halfway through the proceedings and most of her gifts were opened by Madison or me.
She did like to play with the stuff she got.  She got a baby playmat she loves to play on, a dolly, a bath toy from madison and clothes from various relatives.
These are the new jeans Grandma gave her.  They are plenty long but a pretty tight squeeze around her chunky belly.
This was her play arc.  it hooks on to strollers and car seats with toys she can play with.
 Bottle break.
New outfit Grandma gave her for Christmas.
She was really loving the little stuffed puppy on her lap which was a gift from Aunt Anjuli.
The big gift was a new stroller for me and we took her out for a walk with her cousins to break it in.  She really loves just chilling in the stroller.  No matter how many times we take her she has the same chilled out expression.
Just saying, "Hi" to me.
So the really big milestone she hit this week was on Friday she rolled over for the first time.  She has been turing on to her side for a while but she finally got herself over.
Here she is on her belly.  She was all excited and then she realized she was on her belly which she only tolerates for short periods of time and rolled back over.
I am so BIG!

Annalise meets Uncle Matt.  She really loves him and he can get lots of smiles from her.
Chilling out at the Bowling Alley with Aunt Rachel

Loves from Grandma
 Kisses from Papa
She really loves her cousins and they love her.  All the girls like to sit around her blanket and play with her and stroke her hair or hold her hand.
Tessa is crazy for Annalise and always wants to hold her and play with her.
Watching White Christmas with the family.
 Looking up at Dan
Loving Christmas Eve!

This is a little Santa outfit  that has been passed down through the cousins.  My Mom bought it when Tessa was little and then saved it and we squeezed everyone of the girls into it at Christmastime.  It is a little cheesy but I wanted to keep the tradition going.
We took the pictures right before naptime so she was pretty sleepy and not too smiley.  She is also not a big fan of dresses.  She prefers soft comfortable clothes.
Here is her four month picture.  She is pretty adorable.  She is now at the 15 pound mark.  Her eyes are a very dark grey and her hair has lightened up at the roots to a dark blond or a very light brown.  Her pediatrician says that she is in perfect health and that she is off the charts for height and weight.
I love her pudgy cheeks!
Grandma likes to stop by after work so she can kiss on those sweet cheeks.
Playing in her Bumbo chair.  She is so strong.  She holds her neck up high most of the time now and she has started trying to sit up from a semi-inclined position.  After bathtime when I lay her on the bed on my pillow to her her dressed she gets her self almost sitting up.  She can't support herself without a pillow or something but she is getting there.
She is really good at picking up what she wants now and getting it to her mouth.  She prefers to chew on her fingers but if there is a toy around she will shove it in her mouth and bite all over it.  She is still drooling a lot but no signs of any teeth.

Dan's family came to visit and stay with us for a few days.
Jim (Dan's Dad) and Annalise
This video really shows you Annalise's new thing.  She has found her voice and she makes these little screaming, grunting, singing noises all day.  At first we thought she was unhappy but she does this all the time now.  It is normal for babies to try to experiment  with their voice but Anna does it crazy style.
 So beautiful!

Dark video but she loved the light in the stacking stars.

Hanging out.

I love my Grandma!

Making her very first gingerbread house.  She was fascinated for a bit but then she was done and ready for a nap.

Grandpa wants to eat me up.

 The Gingerbread house-tada!
 Deep in thought.

Annabug and Dan rocking the black.
This is her 3 month photo.  I plan on doing a 4 month photo shoot tomorrow and will include it in next weeks blogpost.
 Deer in the headlights photo.
Decorating the Christmas tree.
Chilling out with Grandma on Thanksgiving Day!
Making a new friend-she was very shy.
This is one of her new skills.  She loves to sit and play in her exersaucer.  Last night she figured out how to move her feet and use her hands to move herself in a complete circle around all the toys.
 Smiling Girl!
She still loves to have some time to lay on her blanket and play.  She likes to pull her legs up to her chest and then rock herself from side to side.  She still loves tummy time and will get her head up really high and look around.
