Anna liked the bows from my birthday presents.

Little Miss Independent.  She wants to be the one holding the spoon when it is time to eat!

Showing off her curl!  We have been getting creative with her hair lately.  She has long hair in the front that gets in her eyes and so we try to  find ways to get it off her face so she won't yank it out.
Madison has gotten to be so good with Anna.  She has become a great helper for me when things are busy and crazy.
These girls love each other and spend a lot of time giggling together.
Showing off her very first pigtails.
She loves to really shake stuff.  She gets excited when she can make big loud noises.
Anna is trying to hold Maddie's hand and get her to make the penguin dance.
The weather has finally gotten nice and so we have been spending all our free time in the yard and going for walks.  Annalise loves her stroller and loves to be outside.
Can you stand her cute expressions?
Sisters!
Getting the carrots out for the Easter Bunny!
Easter morning-she was still pretty sleepy but she wanted to check out her basket.  She got a new bath towel, some onesies, and a couple toys.
 Channeling her inner bunny!
Happy Easter from the Smiths!
Just the girls in our Easter outfits.  Hope everyone has a wonderful and blessed Easter Sunday!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
I told Maddie this expression is due to the leprechauns that got into our house last night.  They ransacked the place, turned our pictures upside down, dyed the milk green, rolled up the rugs, and flipped the chairs all around.  However, they did leave us gold to pay us back for the mess!
That is my sweetie girl.  Day lights savings has been a blessing.  She is sleeping later in the day which makes getting through three hours of church while juggling four callings between us a lot easier.  She is waking up at 8:15 so she is pretty happy until between primary sessions where I can rock her and hold her for a quick 45 minute nap.
Super model showing off the four leaf clover on her booty!

I added this photo to share Annalise's new trick.  She is not a big fan of baby food!  So instead of making a fuss when I try to feed her she just holds the food in the front of her mouth and refuses to swallow.  I think Madison may have given her some help.  When Maddie was little she would store food in her mouth as well.  Once 2 hours after lunch I noticed Maddie chewing on something.   When I looked in her mouth it was a piece of meat that she had been "eating" for the last two hours.
I love her fat cheeks.
 Smiler girl!
Can you believe those perfect little lips.
She really is the happiest baby ever.
Happy seven months old!
I still can't believe how fast she is growing.

Just for fun I added a picture of Maddie in the same dress.  Maddie was thirteen months in this picture and walking.  They may be polar opposites in size but do you notice a trend in cheeks?

This is the first pair of shoes that I bought her.  She wore some boots on and off over Christmas but she always kicked them off.  She likes to stand so much(with our help) that I decided to get her a couple of pairs.  She is so big!  She wears a size 3 in shoes, and 9-12 months in clothes.
Happy girl playing with her hippo rattle and watching her sister dance around!
She loves to chew on anything and everything.  She especially wants paper and any jewelry that I might be wearing.  Needless to say I have given up earrings!
Madison decided that it was time to teach Anna how to play the iPod.  These two are fast friends and no matter how bad of a mood she might be in Anna will always stop crying and share a giggle for Madison.

This is pretty much what Anna looks like in the morning.  Hair everywhere, pacifier in mouth, and super sleepy eyes.
Given Annalise's obsession for all things farm we pulled out the Little People stuff this week.
She loves the barn and spent a good 30 minutes moving the rooster back and forth and smiling when it would play her favorite song, "Old MacDonald."
