Anna got to have her first taste of Puffs and Cheerios. Her pediatrician recommended she start them to help develop her fine motor skills. She was not sure about the texture at first (as you can see by her face). However, a week into them she is a huge fan and unlike any other food will willingly open her mouth and gets mad when you take them away. Her favorite flavor is banana.
We took a photo shoot of the girls to celebrate Annalise turning 6 months old. That little tongue and her sweet expression is so typical of her. I was thrilled we finally captured this look on camera since it is one we get to see all the time.
These sisters are best friends. Annalise gets so excited when we pick Maddie up from school and without a doubt she reserves her best smiles and giggles for her.
Big milestone for the little miss. She not only is drinking pretty well from a sippy but she is holding it herself. Yeah Annalise!
The reason this post is so late is because we took the three day weekend and made our first road trip to Boise. Annalise got to see Grandma and Grandpa Smith again and meet some of the Smith family clan. I love this picture with Grandma Smith.
She really loved hanging out on Great Grandma Smith's lap.
More chill time with Grandma.
Drooling machine. She has been drooling since she was three months old but no evidence of any teeth yet.

Another big milestone. Her first time in the baby swing at the park! It was a balmy 55 degrees out in Boise which compared to the freeze we live in felt pretty nice. We only kept her out for fifteen minutes or so but she loved just chilling out.
